- 1/2 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 medium sweet potato, diced and roasted

- Sliced jalapeños (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss diced sweet potatoes with a little oil and roast for 20–25 minutes until crisp on edges and tender inside.
- While sweet potatoes roast, cook the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat. Add taco seasoning (chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt). Cook until browned.
- Assemble the bowl: Start with a bed of lettuce, then add cottage cheese as the creamy base.
- Top with roasted sweet potatoes, taco meat, cherry tomatoes, avocado slices, and shredded cheddar.
- Add jalapeños and cilantro, then squeeze lime juice over everything.
- Finish with a drizzle of hot honey for sweet heat.
- Serve immediately or store components separately for meal prep.
