Instructions
- Prep the bang bang sauce: Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and honey in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth and adjust flavor as desired. Chill until ready to serve.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey, breaking into small pieces, and cook until browned and fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
- Add garlic, ginger, smoked paprika, onion powder, soy sauce, sriracha, chicken broth, honey, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle corn starch over the mixture and stir to thicken. Optionally, stir in 2 Tbsp of the bang bang sauce into the turkey mixture for extra flavor.
- Assemble rice bowls: Place rice in bowls, top with ground turkey mixture, and arrange vegetables around the sides. Drizzle remaining bang bang sauce over the top.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately or prepare for meal prep.
Notes
- Storage: Store leftovers separately in airtight containers in the fridge. Turkey mixture keeps 3-4 days, bang bang sauce up to 1 week.
- Freezing: Freeze the turkey mixture in bang bang sauce for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge before reheating.
- Tips: If turkey mixture becomes dry, add extra soy sauce or broth. Use fresh, crunchy toppings for texture. Adjust spice level by adding more sriracha or reducing honey.
