- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 clove garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form mixture into 12–15 evenly sized meatballs (about 1.5 inches each).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray.
- Arrange meatballs in a single layer in the basket, making sure they don’t touch.
- Air fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
