Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 2–3 tbsp milk of choice (adjust for consistency)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add in peanut butter, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and 2 tablespoons of milk. Mix until a thick dough forms, adding more milk if needed.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop the dough into 1 or 2 ramekins, silicone baking cups, or small oven-safe dishes, whatever fits your air fryer. No ramekins? Line the basket with parchment paper and shape the dough into thick cookie rounds, spaced out.
- Air fry at 325°F (160°C) for 6–8 minutes, until edges are set but center is still soft.
- Let cool for 2 minutes and enjoy warm with a spoon!
Notes
- Use casein or whey protein for a gooier texture.
- Skip the chocolate chips and swirl in peanut butter or top with sea salt flakes for variety.
- Add collagen powder or ground flax for extra nutrition.
